Troubleshooting

  • Make sure you opened the full link (not truncated).
  • Try it in a private window.
  • If it expired: ask your teacher for a new invite.

I can’t see any assignments

  • Make sure you’re signed into the right account (email mix-ups happen).
  • Some assignments only show up after they’ve been assigned or enabled.
    • Tip: ask your teacher if the assignment was assigned already.

Language looks mixed

  • Set the language explicitly in the app (menu → language).
  • Reload if anything looks stuck.

Login doesn’t work

  • Double-check email/password.
  • Use “reset password” if you forgot it.
